Directors Dealings

The Company was today informed that on the 14 October 2008 Richard Owen, Executive Chairman of the Company, disposed of 13,867,044 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 2p per share. At the same time United Trading Corporation Ltd, a company controlled by Richard Owen, purchased 13,867,044 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 2p per share, and a further 7,956 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 1.92p per share. United Trading Corporation Ltd therefore hold 13,875,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 12.47% of the issued share capital of the Company. Richard Owen therefore has an interest in 13,875,000 Ordinary Shares representing 12.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
