Pantheon Leisure Plc, which joined AIM in September 2005, was established to take advantage of opportunities in the sports and leisure sectors.

A subsidiary of Pantheon Leisure, The Elms Limited, is a sports and leisure based company which has three key divisions: five-a-side football, the operation of an international summer camp and Sports in School Limited. The Board is actively examining a number of other acquisition possibilities in related areas in order to build on the existing portfolio of activities. The Company has a strong management team with extensive experience in the sports and leisure industry, as well as considerable knowledge in corporate and strategic planning, acquisitions and finance.

Westside Acquisitions holds 75m shares or 62.5% interest in Pantheon. Westside also holds 3,500,000 warrants in the Company.
