Richard has extensive involvement and experience in corporate and strategic planning, acquisitions and finance. Richard holds various other private company directorships.

Geoffrey Simmonds

Director

Geoffrey is the chief executive director of Westside Acquisitions plc, and a non executive director of ADDleisure Plc and Messaging International Plc, all AIM traded Companies. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1966 and has had extensive involvement and experience in corporate and strategic planning, acquisitions and finance. Geoffrey holds various other private company directorships.

David Hillel

Finance Director

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1959. He is currently a Senior Partner at Auerbach Hope, a Chartered Accountants which has been established for more that 45 years. From 1990-1997 he was the Finance Director of Middlesex Holdings PLC and is currently Finance Director of Reverse Take-Over Investments Plc, a subsidiary of Westside Acquisitions Plc.

J Zucker

Non-executive Director

John Zucker - non-executive director- is a solicitor. He is a founder and the managing partner of Roiter Zucker, a London firm recognised as one of the leading Intellectual Law practices in the UK and also a trustee of several charitable trusts."

D Coldbeck ACIB

Non-executive Director

David Coldbeck worked for HSBC Bank plc for 32 years during which time he undertook various managerial roles in Retail and Corporate Banking. His final position was as an Area Director in London which he held for nine years prior to his retirement in 1999. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
