ADDleisure plc

ADDleisure, which floated on AIM in October 2004, was formed to develop products and services in the health and leisure sectors. It has three key investments: Fitbug Limited, developers of an online personal health and well-being coach, Digital Plantation Limited, developers of Ez-Book intelligent booking software, and Movers & Shapers Ltd, which develops and exploits new health and fitness related retail opportunities. The Company has a highly experienced management team, including Allan Fisher , founder and former CEO of Holmes Place; David Turner , founder and former director of LA Fitness plc; and David Cummin, founder and former director of Membertrack Limited, a leading club membership software provider.

BUPA holds a 29.9% interest in the Company. RTI holds 22,540,000 shares and 2,820,000 warrants in ADDleisure.
